With over a decade behind the lens, I’ve built FilmsbyRoy around one simple promise: to craft cinematic films and timeless photographs that honour your love and become heirlooms for generations.

 

 

My Journey & Philosophy

 

My creative journey began in music, where I fell in love with film scores and the power of sound to evoke emotion. That same appreciation for rhythm and storytelling now drives my approach to wedding cinematography and photography. I blend modern cinematic techniques with authentic, candid moments — preserving not just how your day looks, but how it feels. By limiting the number of weddings I take each year, I’m able to pour my full heart and attention into each couple I serve.
